Preserve Exhibits at the Museum of the National Park Ranger

The Museum of the National Park Ranger, housed in the historic Norris Patrol Station, teaches Yellowstone visitors about the evolution of the ranger's role in the Park and the rich cultural history of the ranger throughout the National Park Service. While the exhibits here encompass important pieces of American history, there has not been adequate funding available to properly preserve and care for these items. As part of the Yellowstone Ranger Fund Initiative the Yellowstone Park Foundation is working to raise the necessary funds to provide for the restoration and curation of the Museum's many valuable documents, photos and memorabilia.

Total Project Cost: $100,000

Funds Still Needed: $100,000
